Questions dealers ask
- Do my customers have to pay or sign up?
- No. They enter an email so their kitchen is saved and you get the lead. Nothing is charged, ever.
- Can I use my own prices and SKUs?
- Yes. Edit prices inline, add your SKUs, mark items out of stock. The shared grid is only a starting point.
- Will it work on my Shopify, WordPress or Wix site?
- Yes. One iframe line. You set the allowed websites in the desk so nobody else can embed it.
- What about real appliances?
- The catalog ships with real models: manufacturer sizes, list prices and the source link. Add your own brands from the desk.
- Can I import my catalog from another design tool?
- Yes. Upload a CSV from the dealer desk — there is a template for cabinets and one for countertops — and your SKUs, sizes and prices land in your catalog. You can still edit any price inline afterwards.
- Is the quote the final price?
- No. It is the homeowner's list at your prices. You confirm stock, delivery and the final price when you call back.
- Can I cancel?
- One click, from Billing. Your data stays exportable for 90 days.
- Is there an app?
- The designer runs in the browser on phone, tablet and desktop. A companion app for stores is in development.
